The Dive Center Corralejo  was originally formed in 1979 by MIGUEL ABELLA. In 1985 MARTA ELIZALDE joined the partnership, and the team as we know it today was formed. Giving over 25 years of diving services in Corralejo.

Thousands of qualified divers have dived with us, and assisted with the development of our extensive dive zones, which means that you can enjoy safe and fun dives.

We are situated in the North of Fuerteventura, giving easy access from Lanzarote by ferry. There is also access by ferry or jet foil to and from Gran Canaria. We are only 45 km from Fuerteventura airport.

Our purpose built 3 storey (900 square meters) Dive Center offers our prospective customers all they could possibly require. Complete sets of Diving Equipment to Rent. Compressed Air to 200 bar. Also wet & dry changing facilities, with hot & cold showers indoor and out. A fully equipped workshop for the servicing, repair and maintainence of equipment. Lecture rooms on the first floor, with full video facilities, and instruction in over 9 different langguages. On the ground floor just behind our fully stocked shop, we have our own purpose built indoor swimming pool 10 mts. In length/5,2 mts. Wide/1,30 mts. To 3 mts. Deep, specifically for closed water training. We are fully compliant with medical facilities.

Our Boats.

ALUMINIUM: Moggaro 850 Custom dive boat, Lenght 8,5mts. Width 2,55 mts. Engine 240 HP Yanmar (Moggaro Aluminium Yachts)

Boat licence 6 th list. It means  that the crew and equipment have to pass all inspections including proffesional skipper license. Making us pass ALL legal requirements to be able to provide a sure and safe way of transporting people and equipment.

Boat Equipment

Life jackets, flares mobile phones, GPS and fish finder.

Specific safety: First Aid kit & 100% Oxygen supply equipment especially adapted for diving accidents.

Equipment:

All our equipment is new and in perfect working condition. We have all sizes of suits and jackets, so you can forget diving in oversized suits, or with regulators that leak! Every item of our equipment is checked to make sure it is in a good working order. We service all of the equipment our selves in our own workshop.

We have Official tecnical service for:
SCUBAPRO/UWATEC, CRESSI-SUB, AQUALUNG, SEA QUEST, MARES AND OCEANIC.

Regulators

SCUBAPRO MK-II Plus CE with R190/R380. All are equipped with Octopus (of course!) and a three element consol panel. (digital depth gauge, compass and SPG)

Jackets

Waterproof O-Zor Cordura 1000.

Wet Suits.

Waterproof One piece suit 5 mm. Both for men and women.

Cylinders

Aluminium and Stell 10 & 12 ltr. All our cylinders are hydrostatically and annually internally tested and in perfect condition.

Decompression Chamber

As one of the Government Registered and Approved Dive Centers on the island, we have our own chamber. It is certified as operating perfectly in a technical aspect, as well as the technical staff that use it. Medical support and emergency transport 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.

STAFF

All personal employed by Dive Center Corralejo are professionally qualified with a minimum qualification level of P.A.D.I. DIVEMASTER & above. We are happy to show our documentation, upon request.
